Performance Edge Speed & Agility PROTOCOL
PESAP is a special program separate from our core fitness program, and is designed specifically to develop proper running and sprinting mechanics, ensuring success and health during competitive sports.
The goal of the Performance Edge Speed and Agility Protocol (PESAP) is to increase movement efficiency and maximize speed threshold for field, track, and court sports. PESAP also aims to develop proper running and sprinting mechanics, increase rate of force application, improve maximal velocity and ensure safe movement efficiency.
